Home Entertainment Installation

I am writing to recommend Brian Pantle of Encore Sight and Sound for future work in home entertainment installations. Brian installed a home entertainment system in my residence. He did an outstanding job in all phases, from pre-sales design support, to installation, to follow-up in person at my home. I am confident that he would do a great job in similar future work.

Brian met with me in person and over the phone to talk through options for my entertainment system. He started by providing a detailed spreadsheet, showing me the range of options I had for my system and what were the relative costs. From that list, we worked together to identify the system we desired. He took an inventory of the components I already owned, making sure that I didn’t buy something I didn’t need (I appreciated that!). He worked up a quote with different options and followed up in person to talk through those details. We eventually decided to go ahead with a particular plan. I knew that what we had specified together was what we wanted, how much time and effort it would take, and how much it would cost.

Brian worked hard to get the system installed in a short period of time. I gave Brian an aggressive schedule. He worked above and beyond the normal work week hours. He spent more than one weekend day at my home installing the system. In the end, he made better on my timeline for the installation by more than a week. The quality of the work was not compromised by the speed at which it was performed.

Brian has visited in person and called to see how our system is performing. We are very pleased with the system and glad for our purchase and our decision to work with Brian. In summary, the installation was performed ahead of schedule, on budget, and with high quality.

I would strongly recommend Brian for future work of this kind. He is conscientious, diligent, hard-working, and easy to work with.

Home Cabling and Wiring
